Q: Do I need to keep all my plugins installed in my favorite image editor when I have PluginMaster?
Q: Why is PluginMaster ideal tool to use and organize plugins over using my plugins from my favorite image editor application? A: Plugins are extremely organizable and even loadable on the run while image editors have only one plugin menu is only loaded at start-up while the list of plugins is poorly or not organizable.
Q: Can I run the organized plugins from without my favorite image editor? A: Yes, you can when your image editor supports Photoshop-compatible plugins (which is very likely). When you run PluginMaster from your image editor, the current image is transfered to PluginMaster where you can run any of your plugins on the image. When you are finished in PluginMaster you can "apply" the effect and the original image in your image editor is instantly updated. From there you can resume working in you image editor.
Q: How are my plugins organized? A: That's the beauty of it: You can organise at will after telling PluginMaster where all of your plugins are installed. You can create your own plugin menus ("Groups") -common image editors only have one single plugin menu-, you can create "Custom List" for quick access to plugins you not often use, you can add the same plugins in several Groups or Custom List, add additional descriptive comments or even plugin previews and all of you plugins are quickly accessible through the Groups, Custom List, Group - and Custom List -organizer tools or even through the excessive search filter features. Finally organizing plugins and using them goes all on the run; without the need to ever restart PluginMaster.
Q: Why does PluginMaster looks like an image editor at first glance? I already use an image editor. A: PluginMaster is the central place to manage and run your plugins. If you use PluginMaster from without your image editor and need to do basic imaging tasks apart from running your plugins on them, we just thought you would like to do be able to do those basic imaging tasks in PluginMaster as you are there already anyway. But of course you can use PluginMaster as your alternative favorite image editor as well.
Q: Do I need to keep all my plugins installed in my favorite image editor when I have PluginMaster? A: No, not really. All your plugins are accessible from without PluginMaster and PluginMaster on its turn is quickly accessible from without your favorite image editor. You could keep some very often used plugins in your favorite image editor but why bother working with a plugin menu that is totally unorganized and loaded with plugins that you not always need? They are a pain to browse through and you loose a lot of time in searching for the plugin you need.
